Kamal Atiku’s love for art began in infancy, perceiving the world around him as a constant wellspring of creative potential. From a young age, he expressed his imagination through various mediums, including painting on paper, board, and canvas, as well as sculpting with wood, clay, and even metal. In 2013, the artist's work was featured for the first time at an exhibition in the Badagry Museum, thanks to the support of Mr. Akonde, a prominent figure in Badagry's art scene. This event marked a turning point, fueling his artistic knowledge, experience, and passion. Since then, the artist has consistently produced a diverse range of artworks in various sizes and mediums. Kamal Atiku’s artistic journey continued in 2015 with galleries like Adeline Gallery and Sachs Gallery acquiring his pieces. The artist's work has garnered significant value in both local and international markets, with his creations gracing collections around the globe.
