Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1985, Corydon Cowansage is a New York-based artist. She received an MFA in Painting from Rhode Island School of Design in Providence, Rhode Island in 2011, and a BFA in Studio Art from Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York.
Solo exhibitions of the artist’s work have taken place at: CHART in New York City (2021); Koki Arts in Tokyo, Japan (2019); Reynolds Gallery in Richmond, Virginia (2019); 17 Essex in New York City (2016); and Deli Projects, with Austin Lee, in Basel, Switzerland (2016).
