Who we are

Hadadi Fine Art operates https://hadadifineart.com. This policy explains how we handle information collected through our website and the email connection used to deliver website messages.

Information you provide

When you contact us, enquire about an artwork, or submit an artwork for review, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address, contact details, message, artwork information, and any images or documents you upload. We use this information to respond to you, evaluate submissions, and discuss potential sales or consignments.

Form submissions are stored in our website administration system and delivered to our gallery email account. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry and avoid including sensitive personal information in messages or uploads.

Newsletter interest

If you select the option to receive newsletters, we record your interest in future gallery news and updates. We do not currently operate a newsletter mailing service. You may withdraw your interest at any time by contacting us. If we introduce a newsletter service, we will update this policy to describe the service and provide a way to unsubscribe.

Website analytics and technical information

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website, including pages viewed and successful enquiry submissions. Analytics may use cookies and collect information about your browser, device, approximate location, and interactions with the website. Our enquiry tracking is designed to record the type of form submitted without sending the contents of your message, name, or email address to Google Analytics.

Our hosting and security services may process technical information, such as IP addresses, request times, and browser details, to operate the website, diagnose problems, and prevent abuse. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings. Google describes its practices at Google Privacy Policy and provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Google and Gmail connection

Our internal application, Hadadi Website Email, connects our WordPress website to a gallery-controlled Google account through WP Mail SMTP. Its purpose is to send website notifications, including contact messages and artwork enquiries. Website visitors do not need to connect their own Google accounts.

The connection processes the authorized sender account information, authorization tokens, and outgoing email information, including recipient addresses and message contents, to authenticate and deliver email through Google. Authorization credentials are retained in the website configuration while the connection is active. Google processes email sent through its service, and sent messages may remain in the connected mailbox.

The Google authorization screen may describe permissions broader than sending email. We use this connection for website email delivery, not to collect visitors’ Gmail inboxes. Information obtained through the connection is not used for advertising or sold. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

The authorized account owner can revoke the connection through Google Account connections. Revoking access stops future authorized use but does not automatically delete previously stored form submissions or email messages.

Service providers and disclosures

We use providers supporting website hosting, maintenance, analytics, security, and email delivery, including GoDaddy and Google. These providers may process information needed to deliver their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect our rights or the security of our services. We do not sell the personal information submitted through our enquiry forms.

Retention and security

We retain enquiries, artwork submissions, and related correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain relevant business records, and meet applicable obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided, or to withdraw your interest in future newsletters. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records where required or permitted by applicable law.

To make a privacy request, please use our Contact us page and include “Privacy request” in your message.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services and practices change. The date above indicates the latest revision.
